tk998 Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights and Obligations

General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern your access to and use of the tk998 platform, including the website at https://tk998.io, all associated mobile interfaces, game services, sportsbook products, payment facilities and customer support channels (collectively, the "Platform"). tk998 is operated as an internationally licensed offshore gaming service dedicated to providing online casino and sports betting entertainment to adult players.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing any wager or game bet, you (hereinafter "the Player" or "you") confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by every provision contained herein. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access, register with, or use the tk998 Platform in any manner.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the tk998 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and tk998. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The tk998 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are aged 21 years or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. tk998 employs age verification procedures at multiple points during the account lifecycle. Any account found to have been opened by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all funds will be forfeited and any winnings will be voided without recourse.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is intended for use by adults located in Bangladesh. It is the Player's sole responsibility to verify that online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering. tk998 makes no representations regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific location. Players residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law are not eligible to register.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on the tk998 Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If tk998 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — determined by shared name, address, payment method, device fingerprint, IP address or any combination thereof — all duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonus balances, free bets or winnings generated through duplicate accounts will be voided.

2.4 Registration Information

Players must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including their legal full name, date of birth, email address and contact details. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of all account balances.

Account Management

3.1 Account Security

Players are wholly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials, including their username and password. tk998 strongly recommends enabling two-step authentication for all accounts. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. You must notify tk998 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

tk998 is required to verify the identity of account holders as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. Players may be requested to submit identity documents including a national identification card (NID), passport, bank statement or mobile wallet confirmation at any point. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in account restrictions, including the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.3 Account Currency

All tk998 accounts are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, wagering activity, bonuses and withdrawals are conducted in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise. The minimum account balance required to place a bet or spin is determined by the individual game or market minimum stake, which is displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. tk998 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month to accounts that have remained inactive beyond this threshold, provided a positive account balance exists. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive for 24 months may be permanently closed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tk998 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank and BRAC Bank. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed from time to time. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on the player's location within Bangladesh.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by tk998 at the platform level, though individual payment providers may enforce their own transaction limits. Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits through their account responsible gaming settings.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified accounts are typically processed within four hours during normal business hours under Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Withdrawals requested outside of regular processing hours will be actioned on the next available processing cycle. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. tk998 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation prior to processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000.

4.4 Payment Method Consistency

For anti-money laundering compliance, withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, up to the value of that deposit. Any remaining balance beyond the deposit amount may be processed to an alternative verified payment method upon request and subject to standard KYC verification.

4.5 Transaction Fees

tk998 does not charge players any transaction fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment service providers — including bKash, Nagad and Rocket — may apply their own standard service charges, which are outside tk998's control. Players are advised to consult their respective payment provider for the current applicable fee schedule.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotional offers made available through the tk998 Platform are subject to individual eligibility criteria, which are published alongside each specific promotion. Unless expressly stated, bonuses are available to new registered players only once per household, per IP address and per payment method. tk998 reserves the right to limit promotional eligibility at its sole discretion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be completed in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible game categories, minimum odds for sports bets, and completion deadline will be clearly stated in the terms specific to each promotion. Wagers placed on excluded games or markets will not count towards wagering requirement completion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

The following activities are considered bonus abuse and will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus balances and associated winnings, as well as potential permanent account closure: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; using third-party funds to meet deposit requirements; placing low-risk, high-coverage hedging bets intended to extract bonus value without genuine wagering risk; and colluding with other players to exploit promotional structures.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

tk998 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotional terms already validly accepted by an eligible player prior to the modification will be honoured for the duration of the promotion's stated validity period.

Betting & Game Rules

6.1 Game Integrity and RNG

All casino games available on the tk998 Platform — including slots, live dealer games, crash games, Plinko, fishing games and virtual sports — utilise certified random number generation (RNG) technology supplied and regularly audited by the respective game studios. tk998 does not control or influence individual game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published by the relevant game studios and are available upon request.

6.2 Sportsbook Betting Rules

All sports bets, including cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and Bangladesh Tigers internationals, are subject to the tk998 Sportsbook Rules, which are published in full within the Platform. tk998 reserves the right to void any bet that has been accepted in error, that involves odds published incorrectly due to technical or human error, or where the outcome of the event was already known at the time the bet was placed.

6.3 Bet Acceptance and Confirmation

A bet or game wager is only valid once a confirmation reference number has been issued by the tk998 system. No bet is considered placed, accepted or binding until such confirmation is received. In cases of technical failure during bet placement, players should contact support with relevant account transaction details to determine the status of the attempted wager.

6.4 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a network disconnection or technical interruption during an active game round, the game server will continue to process the round to its conclusion based on the state captured at the time of the disconnection. The result recorded by the tk998 game server will be considered final. tk998 accepts no liability for losses arising from player-side connectivity failures.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tk998 Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated scripts, bots, AI-assisted tools or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets.
• Exploiting technical bugs, game glitches or software errors for financial gain rather than reporting them to tk998 support.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of corruption involving sporting events offered on the tk998 sportsbook.
• Attempting to launder money or process the proceeds of criminal activity through the tk998 Platform.
• Impersonating another person, including another tk998 player, customer support agent or employee.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful, using a VPN or proxy server to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Sharing account access credentials with any third party, including family members and associates.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals or fraudulent dispute claims against tk998 transactions.

Intellectual Property

All content published on the tk998 Platform — including but not limited to the tk998 brand name, logo, website design, graphical elements, software interfaces, text, game content, promotional materials and compiled databases — is the exclusive intellectual property of tk998 and its licensed content partners. Nothing in these Terms grants the Player any licence or right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, adapt or create derivative works from any tk998 intellectual property.

Game content, including game titles, artwork, sounds and mechanics, is the intellectual property of the respective game studios and is licensed to tk998 for distribution. Players may not capture, record, broadcast or otherwise transmit live dealer game streams without the explicit written permission of tk998 and the relevant game studio.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk998 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure; loss of data; loss of profits; or any disruption to service caused by events beyond tk998's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet service disruptions or power failures.

tk998's aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action and whether tk998 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

tk998 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous and uninterrupted access, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be free from errors, interruptions or technical faults at all times.

Privacy & Data Use

The collection, processing and storage of personal data submitted by players to the tk998 Platform is governed by the tk998 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

tk998 uses player data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, responsible gaming monitoring, and — where consent has been given — direct marketing communications relating to the Platform's products and promotions. tk998 does not sell, rent or otherwise transfer personal player data to unaffiliated third parties except where required by law or as necessary to fulfil payment processing obligations.

All personal data is encrypted in transit using 256-bit SSL technology and stored on secured, access-controlled servers. Players have the right to request a copy of the personal data held about them by contacting the tk998 support team at the email address provided in Section 14 of these Terms.

Suspension & Termination

11.1 Termination by the Player

Players may request the closure of their tk998 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet released through completed wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

11.2 Suspension or Termination by tk998

tk998 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where: the player has breached any provision of these Terms; the player has provided false or misleading registration information; the player's account is under investigation for suspected fraud or money laundering; or continued operation of the account poses a compliance, legal or reputational risk to tk998. In cases of proven fraud or Terms violation, tk998 reserves the right to void all account balances and withhold withdrawal of funds pending the outcome of any investigation.

11.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days or indefinitely. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and they will not be able to deposit, wager or receive marketing communications from tk998. Players seeking self-exclusion should contact support immediately.

Amendments to Terms

tk998 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Players will be informed of any material changes to these Terms via email notification to the address registered on their account and/or via a prominent notice displayed upon their next login to the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect 7 days after the notification date, unless the change is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons, in which case it may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the tk998 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.1.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which tk998 holds its operational licence as an offshore gaming platform. Players acknowledge that this Platform is operated internationally and that different legal standards may apply to online gambling in different jurisdictions.

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of the tk998 Platform complies with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations in their country or region of residence. tk998 accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from a player's use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement between the player and tk998 through the standard customer support escalation process may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration institution agreed upon by both parties in writing. Disputes must be submitted within 12 months of the event giving rise to the claim.
